About the artist

I am a visual arts teacher and artist, born in Trabzon in 1973. I graduated from the Art Education (Painting) Department of Ondokuz Mayıs University in 1998 and have been working as a visual arts teacher since 1999.

I named the works I create, inspired by birds, "KUŞRÜYASI" (Bird Dream). Geometric compositions and contrasting colours come to the fore in my works.

I have taken part in many group exhibitions and art projects both in Turkey and abroad. I am a member of the Black Sea Plastic Arts Association.
